Irena Leigh Norton leads the Inland Empire office of Shulman, Hodges & Bastian, LLP. From litigation to real estate and intellectual property, estate planning and business formation to bankruptcy, every day the firm successfully guides businesses and their principals through just about any matter that requires legal counsel.  Ms. Norton concentrates in business litigation, with experience in all aspects of civil litigation, from pretrial proceedings up to and including trial and appeal.  She has successfully represented clients before both state and federal courts in the State of California.

Ms. Norton received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine in 1990, where she was a Regents’ Scholar. She received her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1993, where she was certified to represent indigent clients in the District of Columbia through the Law Students in Court Clinic.  She has practiced law in Southern California since 1993.

Ms. Norton is an active member of Soroptimist International of Corona and both the Riverside and Corona Chambers of Commerce. She serves on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Riverside County and as Civil Litigation Chair for the Riverside County Bar Association.
