Michelle Skiljan serves as director of the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center a program of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at CSUSB. As director she is responsible for the daily operations of the IEWBC which provides consulting, mentoring, and training services to women business owners in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Ms. Skiljan has an extensive business background which includes 15 years working closely with a small business owner, she worked for 3 years at the University of California Riverside as Assistant Director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Management overseeing grant funded entrepreneurial programs and for a short period as Assistant Director of the Executive Education Program at AGSM. She delivered consulting and training services to small businesses as a consultant at the Inland Empire SBDC. Ms. Skiljan has her undergraduate degree and MBA from California State University San Bernardino.

The IEWBC is dedicated to create a learning environment that is open to all people in business and those interested in starting their own business. We offer workshops, resource materials, free one-on-one counseling and mentoring events that serve to further the growth of existing businesses or create the foundations for those who are in the planning stages of their business. The IEWBC is a program of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino with primary funding received from the US Small Business Administration. The main office is in San Bernardino with a part time outreach program in the City of Corona (funding provided by the City of Corona Redevelopment and Economic Development Department).
