Garry Oskamp owns and operates GOcoaching, International, a California-based firm specializing in business owners and C-level executives. Garry has partnered with business owners in diverse industries as a ‘mentor, coach, trusted advisor, confidant and friend’ to raise their levels of performance evidenced by increased revenue and the gaining of personal time.

At the height of his success with an international firm, Garry sensed  there was more to contribute and identified a way to meld his desires, experience and lifestyle with his life purpose. Garry felt the adage, ‘one makes a living from what one gets/one makes a life from what one gives’ to pull him toward making the lives of others better. It was in the spirit of abundance gratefully received, that Garry chose to share his knowledge with others. It is in this great game of life where the quite and desperate struggles of business forges leaders. Every business is the same, and every business is different. It is in the understanding of what sets YOUR business apart which permits clarity, focus, action, and, ultimately, growth.

Garry has spent 30 years in the management and direction of domestic and international firms, and has experienced the challenges business owners and executives experience first-hand. In building GOcoaching, International, Garry has created a practice aligned with who he was and who he wanted to be. It was not easy, but it paid off. Today Garry works with business leaders who have vision and are authentic. They take in stimuli, process that information, apply it, and make course corrections at an accelerated pace. Knowledge is power. In an ever-shrinking world, leaders must be knowledgeable, visionary, and great communicators or their’s will be one of the many businesses which fail each year.

Garry is credentialed with an MBA in finance, and has held positions of leadership in multiple industries in the financial services arena. Garry is further credentialed in the study of human behavior and values as a Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst, and as a Certified Professional Values Analyst. He currently lectures on business topics and serves as mentor and friend to business leaders in multiple industries.
